***Tasha: Well, let’s see what the official sales figures are; I could have gotten it wrong. I do know that .info’s are gaining in popularity, and a lot of people purchase so they can develop. If the .com isn’t available, they have to find a .com they do like, or go to another extension.

On the pass names, is there a record of which actually had real bids versas those that did not?
***Tasha: That’s the best record I could make. The amounts next to the “PASS” were the bids that were made. I did not record the bid the auctionioneer was asking for if nobody bid on that latter amount. So the prior bid is what I left. The exception to that may be the start of the bidding, when the auctioneer said “I have 5000, do I hear 6?” I’m assuming the $5K was the bottom, and he needed more. But for the most part, there were bids. They just stopped short of the reserve, in most cases.
